It's the dude. You know him. He's old! He also has the most random things in his house, including nothingness itself, 75 leeks (he doesn't like them), and Willow's search history on a stone tablet that was written down 23 years ago (in dog years). He used to be known as Dalli and was gray up until 2003, where he got "retrofitted" into a new body and personality. In 1964, he got launched to the Moon by Darkness, a prototype cog created by someone to test out her cog-making capabilities. Dalli then spent a week swimming back to Earth, however he was on the other side of Earth than Toontown is, so he had to do a "great migration" just to get back to Toontown, meeting some friends along the way. Before the retrofit, he used to help Luna and his son run a province 4.2 billion miles away from Toontown, though after 1984 he hasn't had a pretty good reputation and pretends to never have been apart of it at all. Buddy, possibly the most chill being in this entire universe, though is very clueless. For some reason, he never bothers trying to get better at battling and just... I don't know, uhh, Exists. He has planet-level strength, but doesn't bother to use it. He was originally found in a forest near of the now defunct Funny Farm, and acted very weird, such as noticeably being confused to where he was or what was happening, him saying "what is this!? Why do I look like this!? Where am I!?" repeatedly and constantly talking about the whereabouts of a "Tick" and "Tack", he must have been looking for a box of Tic-Tacs. He became tame a few weeks after being discovered, and doesn't have outbursts as much as before. He also has seen beyond the fence, he didn't like what he saw. |

There was once a fire hydrant, and then there was Jack. Nobody really likes this little piece of insanity. He constantly commits destruction against every single toon building and hijacks Juice's car to pick up some doodle chicks and immediately crashing it in the nearest building in his line of sight. No building is safe around him. He also doesn't flush the toilet when he's done using it. He is truly a menace to Toontown, Private servers and all. He is also one of the few to know Juice during WWII, yeah, you heard me. WWII is canon to TJSOJ... or at least a version of it. Jack was also apart of the USSR back in the 40s to 60s, take that as you will. |

He's one of the few toons in the estates to be normal-ish. He isn't really fond of his name though, mostly due to it being a "girls" name. He also has a son though never sees him due to the illusive divorce that happened during the French revolution when he was still in his forth resurrection. He has 5 total resurrections with his first one being in 3500 B.C. He also searched up crazy stuff on his computer in 2003, he refuses to tell anyone what he searched up, but they know. They know VERY well. |

Luna T. Tallión, or Luna the Lunar, is Juice's older sister. Standing at an humongous 8' 3", she tends to bump her head a lot, which isn't very good when your head is literally a pie dish. She used to look like a normal toon (minus the height), but in 1947, a almost fatal accident occurred during one of her clean up duties involving "the DIP" that melted her face off. Her doctor gave her masks so she wouldn't look so creepy, and the rest is history. The crescent moon that is on her face is indeed a mask, it can be taken off. She also has a kingdom or province or something I don't know leave me alone. |

Cogs are the enemy of Toontown and the reason it's in war in the first place. They hijack buildings and convert them into bases for corporate slop. There are 4 types of cogs, Sellbots, Cashbots, Lawbots, and Bossbots. They all have a boss of some sorts and in order, VP, CFO, CJ, and CEO, along with those cogs, they all share one boss, the CHAIRMAN who the toons still don't have an idea where he is. Though it's speculated that he's in the cog clubhouse in Bossbot HQ, though no toon has ever gone in there due to how dangerous it is to go in there. |
